The shade of the colour ''Blue''

Have any of you played Sled Racing? And at the end of the race you see these random penguins clapping? When I first played CP I thought you could get that colour so I tried to match every single colour until I got that colour.

Light Blue? Nah.

Dark Blue? Close but no.

Aqua-ish Colour? Probably not.

How about this colour? Yes! Its the right one!
